Through user research and competitive analysis, I try to understand user needs, business goals and market trends, After which I go ahead to define the problem statement.
After analyzing the data collected. I visualize my ideas and processes from the user story, information architecture, and flows to the high fidelity wireframes before going ahead to test.
I test by gathering user feedback, analyze usability, and refine the design based on insights to improve user experience before final implementation...rinse and repeat.
